The Post War Iraq
The function of the government in any country is to preserve and to
protect the cultural heritage from the past and to provide secure future
for its people and especially the young new generations.
The multitude of ethnic and religious groups should pool together
their respective leadership resources and reach out for assistance from
the Diaspora.
New Iraqi Constitution should be based on the specifics of Iraq
and multiethnic civil society and State of equal citizen. The Constitution
should guarantee equal rights for all Iraqis regardless of their
country of residence at this time, including the right to vote
(absentee ballot) for the Diaspora.
